Resentment is brewing. Take time today to sit with your emotions.
1- Take a deep breath and close your eyes.
2- Take note of how you feel.
3- Notice what emotion(s) is/are at play.
4- Imagine your emotions is a tiny child.
5- Sit with the child and notice what happens to the emotion.
